Welcome to Cedar City’s first studio by photographers, for photographers.
Our story
We’re Karina and Blair Ballard and we’re the couple behind Studio on Main! We met at SUU in 2013 and tied the knot at a quaint cabin in Zion National Park in 2015. Since then, Cedar City has been home. After the birth of our daughter in 2019, we decided to make our photography business official and launched as “Canyon Couple Photography”.
In 2021, we moved to Portland, Oregon so Blair could attend chiropractic school. While in Portland, Karina rebranded as “Karina B. Photography” and switched her specialty to birth photography.
After a few years in school, we moved back to our home of Cedar City and Studio on Main began to take shape. When we were in Portland, Karina used many local studios and loved the idea of creating a community of photographers and videographers. Studio on Main is a space where we can collaborate and create content for our clients and our businesses.
At Studio on Main, we believe in #communityovercompetition. Happiness is only real when shared and we are excited to share our space with you!
